1. Won't turn on:
Check whether the battery is charged and installed in place, and whether the battery power switch is on.
Properly install the battery to the battery chute contact position and turn on the battery switch.
2. The brake is not sensitive:
Check the brakes for wear. Check that the brake line is not too loose.
Replace the forklift pads and adjust the tightening brake cable.
3. The cargo bike is shaking when riding
Check whether the tire pressure is underpressure, whether the wheel axle is loose, and the item is too high.
Try filling pressure, tighten the axle, reduce the cargo height.
4. The cargo bike made an abnormal noise
Check and find the abnormal noise area, whether there is any foreign object or loose screw.
Remove foreign objects and tighten the corresponding screws.
